Delivery and Payment

1. Payment Methods
At Beauty Roses, we offer various payment options to ensure maximum convenience for our customers:

  • Bank Transfer – After order confirmation, you will receive an email with our bank details. Please indicate the order number as a payment reference. Delivery will be processed after payment confirmation.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payment – We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards via a secure online system.
  • Cash on Delivery – Available only for deliveries within Bulgaria.

2. Shipping
We work with reliable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.

Delivery times within Bulgaria – Standard delivery time for available products is 1-3 business days. For orders requiring custom production (e.g., beverages), delivery time is up to 14 days.
Saturday Delivery – Offered depending on the courier company's conditions.
Order Tracking – After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Shipping Fees:

  • Bulgaria (Zone 1):
    Delivery for orders over €30 to a courier office – Free.
    Delivery to a courier office for orders under €30 - 3€.
    Delivery to address – 3€.
  • Neighboring Countries (Zone 2):
    Romania, Serbia, Greece, North Macedonia, and Turkey – 5.10€.
  • Other EU Countries (Zone 3):
    All other EU countries except Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal – 15.30€.

IMPORTANT:

  • Deliveries outside the EU are only available to Serbia, Turkey, and North Macedonia.
  • We deliver across the European Union except for Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Portugal.
  • International Delivery – We send international orders via our trusted partners. Delivery times vary by destination and usually take up to 7 business days.
  • If you wish delivery to a country not listed in our shipping zones, please contact us at info@beautyroses.eu for an individual quote.

3. Conditions for Receiving Parcels
Upon receipt, please check the package integrity in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damages, contact us immediately.
If you selected personal pickup, you can collect your order from our physical store. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Additional Information
Important: During special promotions and official holidays, shipment processing and delivery times may be longer due to high order volumes. Thank you for your trust and interest in our products!
